Eighty-four percent of consumers are open to new flavors, and 69% want new flavors at restaurants, making LTOs and seasonal changes great opportunities, says Mintel. “New or limited-time-only options can keep consumers interested and capitalize on the emotional cues that go along with holiday dessert occasions.”
